E-Legend it seems. Looks like their take on a retro-inspired Nissan IDX
“A modern, sharper Coupé, this ultra-technological archetype of automotive pleasure finds its deep strength in the DNA of the Peugeot 504 Coupé. Peugeot e-Legend Concept projects us in the near future without any nostalgia. It formalizes our approach to a Peugeot design that addresses the new technological challenges of the automotive industry - Gilles VIDAL, Style Director Peugeot.”

Yes. Basically. And will remain a concept just like this one, I fear.

Nissan has shifted from making new cars to milking the same ancient ones for 15+ years. So shut up and be happy you still get the 370Z while they sell a million more Rogues, got it? Because that’s all that matters to them.

why? the 370 is a bloated pig
fuck nissan

5 years later it would have been better if they built a fwd IDX instead of the sad nothingness we have, and the sad compact Nissan line up we have.

I dont think a FWD coupe makes much since, but the enthusiast market would eat up a small RWD Nissan coupe. I think it would outsell the 86.

A small RWD couple would be better
(
I’m still waiting for the Toyota S-FR), but what we have is nothing. A FWD car would have been cheaper and roomier. I am envisioning
a $19,000 good looking coupe with more interior
room than the 86. Realistically it would probably be $22,000 grand right in-between
the FiST and the FoST but better looking than both.

I am curious how light a Nismo Could Get i f you took out the interior etc.. for a track car.

Those seats look nice.

closest i could find was a curb weight of 2900 lbs... sooo.. i dunno.. maybe 2400 if you threw out the interior and all the doodads?

It has nothing to do with Nissan, it’s a retro 504 coupe.

I mean it doesn’t surprise me if you have seen their latest cars:
Okay maybe not the last one, but it’s much improved over the old Partner.

I see they have paid to have all trace of the “One Less Peugeot” sticker and soft goods removed from search engine results. Would have been very relevant here in relating Peugeot based failures past and present. Too bad this is nothing but a social media marketing thrust.

I also see a 304 in there ... more angular and frowned than the 504

Yeah I bet all that weighs a lot, airbags... change the glass... I know for my 240z they make a glass or carbon hatch and hood, front fenders, door cards.

“

How far removed from reality do you have to be. To unironically write this about a car.

Mmm, I like it. A nod to the style of the past, but with a bit of a future flare.
